Deep Dive Dubai
The latest addition to the city's thriving sports and adventure activities scene, Deep Dive Dubai is the place to be for all aqua enthusiasts. Opened in July 2021, the recreational centre's 60.02m-deep pool is certified by Guinness World Records as the world's deepest swimming pool for diving.
Aside from its remarkable depth, the pool features other unrivalled underwater additions, such as a 'sunken city'; with its abandoned urban streetscape, divers can explore this modern Atlantis-like immersive zone and discover intricate details.
Shaped like an oyster, the building's design pays homage to Dubai's pearl diving heritage and the bravery of Emirati pioneers. With an onsite dive and gift shop, a restaurant and meeting spaces that can host up to 100 guests, Deep Dive Dubai is also a dynamic venue for events.
Aquaventure Waterpark
Aquaventure Waterpark is home to iconic record-breaking rides and attractions, such as Medusa's Lair, Shockwave and Blackout. Located next to Atlantis, The Palm, get the most out of your holiday at this much-loved landmark.
The enormous theme park features 105 rides and waterslides across three towers, marine and watersports experiences, private beaches and children's play areas for all ages.
Thrills and activities at Aquaventure
You can dive into old favourites like the Leap of Faith, a 27.5m plunge that carries you through a clear tube surrounded by sharks and rays or try some of the many adrenaline-pumping activities such as zip-lining across the park. For an even wilder experience, visitors can swim safely with sharks, or hand-feed friendly cow-nose stingrays.
Although children need to be taller than 1.2m to enjoy many of the park's slides, little ones will delight in the Splashers Kids' Play Area, a maze of kid-friendly tunnels, tubes, slides and climbing frames. Access is free for in-house guests of Atlantis, The Palm, while daily passes are available for visitors. Looking for a more relaxed outing? The serene beachfront spans 1km in length, ideal for leisurely walks and sunset viewings.
The View at The Palm
Visit a 360-degree observation deck at Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah
Enjoy incomparable views of one of Dubai’s most talked about landmarks at The View at The Palm. Located 240m high, the observation deck presents never seen before 360-degree panoramas of Palm Jumeirah alongside the sparkling waters of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline in the distance.
The View at The Palm is located on level 52 of The Palm Tower, which also houses a café, a creative exhibition that showcases the development of the island, interactive aquarium-themed tunnels and a gift shop.
In 2022, the venue further elevated expectations for sky-high experiences with the opening of The Next Level. At 250m above ground, the private, barrier-free viewing space has clinched the title as Palm Jumeirah’s highest vantage point.
